Fiona is a Clinical Psychologist, focusing on child and adolescent therapy in the Sutherland Shire since 2000, with over 20 years experience.
Fiona has a Masters of Clinical Psychology and has been working with children, adolescents and young adults with a variety of clinical issues. Fiona's therapeutic work includes working with Anxiety, Depression, HSC and Stress management, Tics and other common mental health issues presenting in children and adolescents. Fiona utilises (CBT) Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, CBIT for Tics, (DBT) Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Solution Focussed Therapy. Fiona focuses on promoting overall psychological and emotional wellbeing across childhood and adolescence. |
Fiona provides clients with clear and useful strategies that assist in promoting positive change, building coping skills and managing a range of psychological presentations , in a safe therapeutic space.
Fiona is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and the College of Clinical Psychologists.
